Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HotelStride (“Service”), operated by the HotelStride team (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms. Contact: hyunfree06@gmail.com.
1. The Service
HotelStride is a real-time route-optimization and operations platform for hotel runners, front desk, housekeeping, and management. It is offered as a hosted web application accessible via https://hotelstride.com.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your hotel to use the Service on its behalf. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity performed under it. Notify us promptly at hyunfree06@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Roles and access
Property owners are responsible for inviting staff, assigning roles, and revoking access when staff leave. Contractor organizations receive only the scope granted by the hotel owner.
4. Free sandbox and 14-day pilot
Property setup and sandbox use are free. When you press “Go Live” your 14-day pilot begins with unlimited runners and unlimited front staff for one property. After the pilot ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
5. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per property at the price displayed at checkout (currently $199 USD per property per month). Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy; their terms and privacy notice also apply to payment transactions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period unless required by law.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another property’s data.
- Do not use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Do not probe, scan, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights required to host, process, back up, and display your data for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by our upstream providers, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, place unreasonable load on the Service, or fail to pay. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your property. See our Privacy Policy for data retention on termination.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure against every conceivable attack, or that route recommendations will always be optimal. Route plans are decision-support suggestions; on-shift staff remain responsible for operational judgment and safety.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Seoul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your place of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify account owners; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
